Coral Jones, Lisa Shand & Co

A team of 12 incredible YoungMinds supporters are cycling across 7 countries in 7 days.

From October 21st to 27th 2017, twelve heroes will be cycling 610 miles in 7 days! All to raise awareness and funds for YoungMinds.

Across the roads of Europe, they are riding via Scotland through England, into the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France to finish back in London.

We're a group of family and friends on a mission to raise funds and awareness to encourage more people to speak out about their mental health and seek support when they need it.
Coral Jones, Lisa Shand & Co

"We lost someone very special who has inspired us to act. If we can encourage just one person to seek help when they are struggling then we will be happy.

This is our 4th fundraiser for YoungMinds and certainly a challenge. We are cycling 7 Countries in 7 Days around Europe. The aches, pains, tears and tantrums will all be worth it for such a vital cause."

Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light.

Support Our Work

YoungMinds exists so that young people have the strongest possible voice in improving their mental health. We need your help to make sure that voice is heard.

The amount of times I’d tried to break out of this shell, talk about ‘I’m feeling a bit down’, ‘I’m feeling a bit scared’, I couldn’t do it. And now I can do it openly.
