Returns policy
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt by completing the form below, providing they are in original condition and packaging, and are resalable.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an exchange is requested because you have ordered the wrong size, you will be asked to cover the postage costs.
Please note that we only exchange items like for like. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

How you can unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at ymenquiries@youngminds.org.uk.
Standard delivery
We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days. However, it can take longer due to delays within Royal Mail. We also only process and dispatch orders on working days. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following working day, so please bear this in mind if you're ordering over the weekend.
Our postage and packaging fees vary depending on the weight of your order.
0-250g = £2.95
251 – 500g = £3.75
501 – 999g = £4.85
1000 – 2000g = £6.95
2001 – 5000 = £9.95
5001+ = £16.95
Express delivery
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. There is an additional £5 fee for express delivery.
If you are ordering items from our shop as gifts this Christmas, please see the last recommended posting dates below in order to receive your items by December 25:
- Standard delivery: The last recommended posting date is Monday 18 December
- Express delivery: The last recommended posting date is Thursday 21 December
Orders submitted after these dates may not arrive by 25 December.
Office closure
Due to our office closure between 23 December - 2 January, any orders made during this time will be dispatched Tuesday 2 January. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
