I wanted to join the Youth Panel for its opportunities in giving young people, like me, the chance to be heard and understood. I also relish the chance to cooperate with likeminded peers to help us achieve real change consistent with our values.
I am currently a student at the University of Cambridge, studying the Humanities Foundation Year at Queens’ College.
I have a wide range of hobbies some of which are: playing the guitar, playing football, reading and playing video-games.
Our Youth Panel works with us for three years to help shape our future as a charity and achieve our mission. They talk about things like strategy, safeguarding, fundraising, organisational culture, risk management, data protection, brand and marketing.
