Your dedicated account manager will work with you to create a bespoke partnership and will be on hand to help you organise inclusive, fun and innovative fundraising ideas that will motivate your employees to get involved and engaged in the partnership.
One of the key parts of our work is creating a movement for change to make sure support is there for anyone who needs it, so we will share regular content and information with you about our services to help raise awareness amongst your employees and provide support to those who might need it.
If your staff are interested in volunteering we’ll coordinate with you to match our needs with your skills and interests. There are lots of opportunities where your teams will be able to add real value to our work. We often need pro bono support, including mentoring, skill-sharing, or helping out at events like the London Marathon or Ride 100 by cheering on our supporters.
We will work with you to demonstrate the impact of your support and make sure everyone is engaged in our partnership. We'll provide your company and colleagues with fun, engaging newsletters and real life stories and photos and videos for use in internal communications to demonstrate the impact of your support. We'll also work with you to produce exciting joint press and PR opportunities.
Give staff the opportunity to donate directly to our work from their payslip through payroll giving – an easy, tax-efficient way to support a good cause. You can begin by signing up with a payroll giving agency, which will process the donations for you. Then just let employees know you’ve signed up and they have the flexibility to choose the donation amount that suits them. It’s a simple way to engage employees to create a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health.
We made a contribution by purchasing a wristband each. We now have Hello Yellow for YoungMinds every Friday and show off our socks and wristbands to our clients to get a conversation started about this vital topic.
