Out In The Open
Why not fundraise for us by getting outdoors?
Every spring, we challenge our supporters to get out in the open to raise awareness for young people's mental health.
Each year we challenge you to complete 300,000 steps in just 30 days!
Join our community of passionate adventurers taking on the outdoors, and help us raise vital funds to support our work.
Are you up for the challenge?
Hello Yellow
You can also fundraise for us by signing up to our annual Hello Yellow awareness day!
Every year our amazing community of supporters come together to say Hello Yellow for World Mental Health Day, and help us raise vital funds to continue our work.
Join thousands of schools, offices and communities across the UK to help us provide ongoing mental health support to young people and campaign for the services they need.
Hear from our incredible fundraisers
Our family has raised funds for YoungMinds since 2018 when my beautiful daughter Eloise died by suicide. While we are pleased to have been able to raise money for such a good cause, that has been secondary to being able to look back on what a lovely young woman our daughter was, and to hear stories about her from other people who loved her.

Unfortunately we are unable to share individual fundraising pages or accounts. While we are incredibly grateful for the support of all our amazing fundraisers, we receive a lot of requests and have taken the position that we should reserve use of our social media channels for mental health information, tips and updates on our campaigning work. We thank you for your understanding and we really appreciate your support.
