What Keeps Us Going
This is a simple resource to get you thinking about your own mental health and how you cope with the issues you face.
We use this activity a lot in our training and find it helps to engage school staff in thinking about their own mental health and how they cope with issues that they face.
If you're having a particularly tough week, and lots of things are building up, it can be difficult to cope. Taking a moment to think about and write down the things we do to get through those difficult times can remind us of why they're important and make sure we prioritise them.
