Working with children and young people can be rewarding and fulfilling, but it can be difficult sometimes too. Whether you want to support a young person when they open up about their mental health or want to better involve them in your work, it's not always easy to know what to do. We're here to offer you the resources you need so you can be there for the young people in your life, and help to amplify their voices in the services and decisions that affect them. Together, we can make a difference.
We have a community of teachers and school staff that can help support you to put wellbeing at the heart of your work. Get mental health resources, tips and practical advice for your school.
Whether you work with young people at a youth club, coach a sports team, or lead extracurricular activities, we want to ensure you have the tools to support them effectively. Our practical tips and resources can help you feel confident to address their wellbeing needs.

We need to be better at supporting Black and minoritised young people with their mental health, and understanding the factors unique to their experience.
That's why we collaborated with Poetic Unity to facilitate a workshop with Black young people that explored how adults can respond well to them talking about their mental health.
