All our work is driven by young people who have lived experience of specific mental health services. This means we have the knowledge and experience to work with you and your staff on a project tailored to your challenges and needs, and ultimately create better outcomes for young people in your organisation.
As a school, this programme has helped to build capacity in staff in relation to early intervention and resilience; has changed the mindset of staff and the drive and focus on this helps give staff confidence in this area.
