#HelloYellow is our big, bright and very yellow annual campaign on World Mental Health Day!

Every year, thousands of schools, offices and communities across the country come together to wear yellow and show young people they're not alone.

And you can join them.

By wearing yellow, and donating what you can, you can help us to provide ongoing support for young people and campaign for the services they need. Are you in?

Deconstructing the system report

Young people's voices on mental health, society and inequality.

Young people are at the sharp end of a mental health crisis.

Our 'Deconstructing the system' report brings together the voices of tens of thousands of young people who shared their experiences of mental health. These experiences highlight how systemic issues truly underpin the young people’s mental health crisis and what needs to be done to enact real change.

Now we want to make that change a reality.

We're done waiting for the Government to #EndTheWait

We’ve told the Government the impact waiting for mental health support has on young people. Now they need to listen and act.

That's why we resorted to driving young people’s messages around parliament square, demanding they be heard.

The time for consultation is over. We need action, not talk.

It’s time for the Government to #EndTheWait.

Alfie and Mike running, joined by Alfie's PE teacher and others who ran to show their support.
We ran a half marathon and are fundraising for YoungMinds because we lost our brother and son, Riley, aged 17, unexpectedly last year. We don’t want any other families to suffer like we are and we want for young people to know there is help out there.

For years, running has done amazing things for my mental health. I wanted to take this a step further by running to support other people’s mental health too.
