Make a donation

We need your support to make sure we’re here for young people and their families when they need us most.

You're about to do something really incredible

With your donation, we can continue to provide young people with the tools they need to look after their mental health. We can empower adults to be the best support they can be to the young people in their lives. And we can give young people the space and confidence to get their voices heard and change the world we live in.

A sincere thank you from YoungMinds and the people you help. Giving financially isn’t easy and we appreciate every contribution we receive.

How your donations help

  • £15

£15 could help our Parents Helpline provide advice and support to a parent worried about their child.

  • £30

£30 could help train a young Activist, building their confidence to speak up and influence the decisions that affect the future of young people’s mental health.

  • £219

£219 could train one Parents Helpline Adviser to be on the end of the phone to provide information and support to parents and carers.

  • A group of school children, smiling and jumping and in bright yellow clothes.

Thousands of you wore yellow for World Mental Health Day. Thank you for showing young people they're not alone with their mental health. Don't forget to send in the money you've raised. You can pay your donations in online using our secure webpage.

We will only ever call you to take a payment if you have requested this from us. If you've received a suspicious call, please report it to the police, update the Action Fraud website, and let us know at ymenquiries@youngminds.org.uk.

When I first picked up the phone to the Parents Helpline, the person who answered was really supportive...Even after just one phone call, I felt that sense of empathy and understanding straightaway.
There are times when I don't leave my bed for days at a time. YoungMinds has throughout my depressions been something that gets me out of bed, it's a reason to continue.
