YoungMinds Parents Helpline is delighted to have been nominated for a prestigious Children & Young People Now, Family Support Award.

YoungMinds Parents Helpline is delighted to have been nominated for a prestigious Children & Young People Now, Family Support Award.

The award recognises initiatives and service that support whole families to help their children lead healthy, happy and fulfilling lives safe from harm.

Emma Saddleton, Helpline Operations Manager said,

We are delighted to have been nominated for such a prestigious award. The Helpline provides vital support for parents and families. It is wonderful for our dedicated volunteers and staff to receive recognition for all their hard work."

The YoungMinds Parents Helpline receives over 13,000 contacts a year from parents and carers who are concerned about the mental health of a child or young person and is a lifeline to those that call.


The Children & Young People Now Awards are the gold standard for everyone working with children, young people and families.

The awards recognise initiatives from the public, private and voluntary sector that work with children and young people from birth to adolescence as well as their families.

In their eleventh year, the awards provide a great source of pride and recognition for all those who strive day in, day out, to improve the lives of others.
