About Jobs at YoungMinds

Come to work at YoungMinds and you’ll be working every day to help raise awareness and understanding of children and young people’s mental health.

Before 2020, an estimated five children in every classroom had a mental health problem. A quarter of young women had a diagnosable mental health problem and suicide was the single biggest killer of boys and young men.

The coronavirus pandemic and the response needed to control it have made matters worse. 52% of 16-20 year-olds have self-harmed in the last year. Many young people with an existing mental health problem have said their needs have escalated, and have experienced new barriers to accessing support.

YoungMinds is here to stop young people’s mental health reaching these crisis points. Our mission is to make sure that all young people get the support they need, when they need it, no matter what – and through our ambitious new strategy we believe we can achieve this.

Current vacancies

As we emerge from the pandemic, it is crucial to us that we can accelerate the delivery of this strategy and make sure as many young people as possible get that support. And thanks to the generosity of those who support us, we are able to do that.

We celebrate what makes you YOU
