About this role

Mental health is one of the most urgent issues facing young people today. At YoungMinds, we are leading the fight to make sure that all young people can get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Transformation to help us achieve this.

We're at an important time for the future of YoungMinds. We believe we can transform how we work to deliver more impact, which is needed more than ever.

You will be shaping how we implement our new strategy. From how we prioritise to how we set up and support cross-functional teams working towards specific outcomes. You’ll be part of our heads of teams group, playing a key role in how we bridge strategic ambition with practical delivery – for your own team and sharing your approaches with peers.

You’ll have an appreciation for design, product, Agile and data, and the critical role they can all play for an organisation. You will lead the team to identify the best opportunities for their involvement to deliver the most impact.

You will influence and build relationships at all levels, helping colleagues across the organisation understand the role they will play in our strategy and transformation.

You will be an experienced and proven leader within transformation or strategy roles, with relevant technical knowledge and people management skills to ensure your effectiveness.
