Mental health and awareness and resilience training schools

We offer a range of courses to support emotional wellbeing in schools, designed specifically for education professionals.

All our trainers are experts in the field of emotional wellbeing in schools and highly experienced in delivering continuing professional development, contributing to conferences, INSET days and whole school training.

We have a range of open courses held in London, Birmingham, Cardiff or Leeds as well as bespoke courses we can develop and deliver at your school.
