Baili is a highly experienced and engaging trainer and consultant, whose areas of specialism are attachment, adolescent mental health, resilience and education.

She has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise from her various roles as secondary school teacher, pastoral head of year, therapeutic teacher as part of an alternative education provider’s clinical psychology team, AQA assistant examiner, employ tutor, and trainer/consultant.

The voices, needs, and aspirations of children, young people and their families are always at the heart of what she does.

With a BSc (Hons) Anthropology & Psychology degree and a strong desire to make a difference, Baili has returned to part-time academic study to undertake an MPhil/PhD researching holistic health and wellbeing, the change journey and questions of cultural identity.

As well as working part-time for YoungMinds as a trainer/consultant, Baili currently works as a freelance consultant and brief strategic intervention practitioner for two local authorities and an adoption charity.
