Finding Your Balance Activity

This simple exercise is for children of any age and is particularly useful at the beginning of the day. It allows children time to breathe, relax, wobble and giggle!

Try this activity in form time or at the beginning of the day to help children and young people find their balance. 

It can be adapted for children of any ages, takes about 10 minutes and allows children time to breathe, relax and think about their bodies and minds.
