    Danceathons, coffee mornings, dress down days and bake sales – download our fundraising kit packed full of ideas and resources to organize a fundraising event in your school, college or office.
  2. Take Part In A Fundraising Event:

    Grab a place at one of the biggest challenge events this year and run, cycle, swim and climb across the finish line for YoungMinds.
  3. Visit Our New Shop:

    Buy from our new line of tote bags, mugs, pin badges and running vests to show those around you that you are #FightingFor children and young people’s mental health.

    Help us raise £2.5m so we can lead the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.

Here's how your money helps

We're there for parents when they have nowhere else to turn. We support professionals on the front line of the crisis. We give children and young people a stronger voice. And because we're grounded by the real-life experiences we hear about every single day, we are driven to change things for the better.

    means we can help 1,000 young people understand their mental health medication, through our HeadMeds website.

    means we can provide urgent support to a parent when they have nowhere else to turn, through our Parents Helpline.
