Young People

Find out about how you can get involved with us and help to champion young people when it comes to mental health policy and care.

Join the Movement

If you’re aged 14 to 25, then you are key to our mission. We want to put young people at the heart of everything we do whether it’s raising awareness of mental health problems, promoting wellbeing in schools or having your say on how mental health services are delivered in the UK.

There are plenty of ways to get involved too. Explore how you can become a part of the UK’s leading charity for youth mental health.

Become an Activist

Our Youth Activists speak at conferences, appear in the media and join our campaigns to help raise awareness of mental health in young people. Volunteer as an activist and we’ll give you the training and resources you need to develop all the skills of a seasoned campaigner.

Young Voices Amplified

Join our network of young people giving their input on how mental health services are delivered to young people. You’ll be a key part of driving change, raising awareness and putting young people at the heart of mental health services.
