    Writer and marathon runner

    Alex ran the Madrid marathon, and wrote his own poetry book about the experience of mental health in young people.

    Half marathon runner

    Alice completed a two-and-a-half-year-long running challenge, running a half marathon in every city in England!

    Craig completed a powerlifting challenge in December 2022, where he lifted over five tonnes of weight across two and a half hours.

    Hiker

    David completed the GR 20, a footpath that crosses the Mediterranean island of Corsica, to raise money and show young people how they feel matters.

    Daz Baldwin flew out to Nepal and took on a 17-day trek to Everest Basecamp and then on up to Kala Patthar.

    On 1 June 2023, nine-year-old Flynn walked Snowdon to raise funds for us. Then on 10 June he took on a 10km hike in the Lake District.

    Runner

    Imo ran the length of the UK in just 22 days. Starting on 19 June, she ran 60km per day, arriving in Lands End on 10 July.
