FUNDRAISING: Designing for Mental Health Week with Fandabby

In this blog post we discover one of the innovative ways our corporate partner Lewis Edgar is raising money for YoungMinds this Mental Health Awareness Week.

Clothing for Mental Health

Lewis Edgar, CEO of Fandabby Apparel launched a mental health clothing line in 2013 to end stigma attached to mental health and promote positive wellbeing. Having experienced mental health illness himself, Lewis is passionate about using his experiences to reinforce the message of recovery for those suffering with a mental health illness. You can read more of Lewis’ story here.

The unique clothing line features uplifting, eye-catching bold messages. From bright t-shirts printed with orange smiley faces, to fashionable totes branded with inspirational messages, Fandabby aims to change the way we view mental health and bring the topic into the forefront. More than a clothing line, Fandabby is a movement which is breaking down the stigma of mental health and encouraging those who suffer with mental health illness to speak out.

All proceeds from sales are split between Rethink and YoungMinds.
