We’re hiring: Brand & Marketing Manager

YoungMinds is currently on the lookout for a highly creative Brand and Marketing Manager to join our friendly team and help us achieve our mission.

If you are an entrepreneurial marketing professional with creative flair and a knack for multitasking, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

In a nutshell

As the design and brand lead for YoungMinds you will be the key player in developing integrated marketing strategy and implementation across the organisation, and ensuring all team members adhere to these guidelines and procedures. These responsibilities are partnered with managing and maintaining all marketing activities, coordinating communications and creating or commissioning our on and offline collateral.

A day in the life

How will my day look?

There really is no average day at YoungMinds and that’s one the beauties of joining our organisation. From developing the brand to working on a high profile event or co-producing a resource, your day will be packed with variety to keep it stimulating and inspiring.

What’s the most rewarding part of this role?

Working cross-organisationally on projects that help YoungMinds achieve its mission and objectives and collaborating with young people and parents are just some of the most fulfilling aspects of the role.

Projects have included:

  • Leading on No Harm Done
  • Designing reports e.g. Impact Report, Beyond Adversity
  • Visual brand development e.g. HeadMeds, YoungMinds Vs
  • Support for events e.g. Heads Together Launch

What skills do I need?

You will need to be on the ball – great project management, planning and organisational skills play an important part. As does having a great eye for detail – creating and commissioning attention-grabbing marketing materials requires talent. In addition, the ability to keep calm on stressful days while remaining personable is also part and parcel.
