    Bianka’s advice to her 16 year old self? Those tablets you like in Star Trek? They’ll sort of exist, the internet won’t have a dial up tone and marriage equality will happen

    A registered social worker, Charlotte’s been working with vulnerable children and those who care for them for 20 years. Today, she writes and delivers training courses and leads our amazing team of trainers and consultants.

    Charlotte’s advice to her 16 year old self? When you are 24 you will work in a ski resort. You will be over confident and think you can ski. You can’t. Avoid a severe knee injury by heeding this advice.

    Joanna’s advice to her 16 year old self? Enjoy the freedom that you have now to be irresponsible. Trust your friends more than boyfriends and keep those purple DMs – they’ll come back into fashion!
