Our in-house training brings our uniquely immersive mental health and participation training to your organisation, and our service design consultancy supports you to commission, design and improve mental health support across a broad range of sectors.

New range of one-hour live webinars

We know that many professionals working with young people are stretched for time and resources. That's why we're now offering a range of one-hour webinars that provide a low-cost, bite-sized alternative way of learning. These webinars are delivered live by one of our expert trainer consultants via Zoom, and will help you continue to support the mental health of the young people you work with.

Half of all mental health problems present in young people by the age of 14. The adults around young people play a huge part in supporting their mental health and stopping their needs escalating. Each year we deliver training to over 10,000 professionals and our expert trainers give you the practical skills to support the young people you work with.

Our mental health training courses will help build your understanding of key mental health issues and give you the confidence to make a difference in young people's lives.

Our participation courses are designed to help you involve young people in shaping wellbeing support and services and to learn how their participation can support a whole system approach to mental health.

Types of training available

Online training for individuals

Duration: 10am - 1:30pm 

Price: £135 + VAT (£162 including VAT)

For individual bookings only. If you are booking for a group of over six, please take a look at our group training.

Our online workshops are held on Zoom and offer an interactive and collaborative experience. With two facilitators available in each workshop, we provide a safe learning space for everyone to feel empowered to make a difference for children and young people.

Group training in your workplace

We can deliver training either face-to-face or online to a group of participants at your workplace. We require a minimum of six participants and a maximum of 20.

Duration face-to-face: Full day (flexible, but usually 10am – 4pm) or half day (three hours)

Duration online: Three hours and thirty minutes (flexible, but usually 10am – 1:30pm)

Webinars

Duration: One hour, starting at 10am; 1pm; 6pm

Our webinars are delivered live by one of our trainer consultants via Zoom. Designed for adults supporting young people in the community, they allow for individual exploration of key dynamics encountered in your work with young people and an introduction to the formulation of best practice within your role.
